These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Interior360 mobile application and related services (“App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Eligibility

• The App is intended for users aged 4 and above.
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
• You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access unauthorized parts of the App.

Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account using your Google or Apple ID.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

Purchases and Credits

• Some features of the App require the purchase of credits via in‑app purchases.
• Purchases are processed by Apple App Store billing and are subject to their terms and policies.
• Credits are non‑refundable and tied to your account.

Uploaded Content

You may upload panoramic images and create panorama sets to share with clients.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for ensuring that you have the rights to use and share it.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

• All rights to the App, its software, design, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to Interior360.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse‑engineer the App without our written consent.

Third‑Party Services

• The App may use third‑party services (e.g., Google, Apple, analytics tools, hosting providers).
• We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of third‑party services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

You may stop using the App and request deletion of your account at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interior360 and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Interior360 harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted in the App with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly.

Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
